AXIAL FAN BEARING SYSTEM VIBRATION ANALYSIS

Rotating fan shaft system was investigated experimentally and theoretically to study its dynamic performance. The type of oil used for the bearing taken in consideration during experimental program .Three types were used, SAE 40, 50 degraded oil. During experiments, blades stagger angle changed through angles (20˚, 30˚, 40˚, 50˚). rotational speed also range (0-3000 rpm). All these parameters have two cases (balanced unbalanced fan). performance found by measuring fan, volume flow rate, Reynolds Strouhal numbers, efficiency pressure head. Analytical part represented prepare prediction aerodynamic forces moments each blade predicted obtain rotor future. Experimentally critical obtained x y direction different lubricant viscosities velocities balanced fan. Analysis vibrational response gave important information about rotating system. Acceptable agreement between analytical results.
